I love this drawing because the vision and contrast to the background and characters are very bright and colorful! To be honest the male head should be little bigger but little smaller because Anime females tends to have smaller/ bigger heads than boys unless they have same head size of which and how tall character is. I love how you blend all the oldies in that makes it so unique!

I know I have no rights to critique you, but the male characters head is very much smaller compare to the girl. Even if the angle is what it is. This is do well colored even if sloppy and nicely done layout.
